New Fort Worth Restaurants

New Fort Worth Restaurants
Fort Worth's food scene is moving fast right now, and honestly, we aren't mad about it. Beyond all the new housing developments and skyline changes, the clearest sign of the city's energy is the steady wave of incredible new restaurants, bars, and neighborhood spots popping up. Whether you’ve lived here for a decade or you're just starting to explore the area, June has some heavy hitters you'll want to add to your weekend plans.

Here is a quick look at what’s open right now:

Bronc’s Tack Room (Stockyards):
Think casual, laid-back weekend vibes. This new two-story spot packs in pool tables, darts, live music, and cold beer. If you go, check out the subterranean "Tack Room" basement space—it's got a great dive-bar feel.

Henry McCarty Irish Pub (Artisan Circle):
You'll find expertly done pub classics here like fish and chips or Scotch eggs, but the real star is their "Irish Spice Bag." It's a massive Dublin street-food trend featuring fried chicken, peppers, onions, fries, and curry sauce all tossed in a paper bag. Trust us on this one.

Love’s Barbecue and Oyster Bar (Mule Alley):
Chef Tim Love’s latest concept is officially open right next to Tannahill’s. It’s a unique mix of Texas BBQ and a raw bar (the fried oysters with cornbread are fantastic), making it a great new lunch option while you're walking the Stockyards.

One Trick Pony Pizza Tavern (South Main Village):
Taking over the old Hot Box Biscuit Club space, this new spot from the founders of Heim Barbecue is serving up crispy, thin-cut Chicago-style tavern pizza. Pair a pie with their pepperoncini martini and thank us later.

Smoke and Bone BBQ (Near Southside):
If you used to visit them when they were camped out at Panther Island Brewing, you can now find their famous bacon burnt ends and kimchi sausage over at their new permanent home on South Bryan Street (the old Brix BBQ spot). Just get there early on weekends before they sell out!

One of our favorite things about DFW is how quickly a new local business turns into a neighborhood staple. These places aren't just great spots to grab dinner; they're where neighbors meet up, weekend plans are made, and communities start to feel like home.

Let us know if you check any of these out and love them!
